要先將塑料顆粒熱熔攪拌成糊狀，按規(guī)定的厚度均勻涂覆在抗拉強(qiáng)度好的帆布PU料上；PU革的花紋是用一種花紋紙先熱帖壓在半成品革表面，等待冷卻下來后再進(jìn)行將紙革的分離，做表面處理；

將嵌件（如木、鐵、塑料等架子）固定在具有一定溫度的模具內(nèi)，通過雙組份厚料混合的澆注機(jī)注料到模具內(nèi)，雙組份厚料混合發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)后，發(fā)泡固定成型，最終得到內(nèi)有嵌件的自結(jié)皮產(chǎn)品；

和木或鐵架的做法一樣，只是用尼龍做的底架來做支撐受力，中間省去了木板和鐵架；

“Integral Skinning Foam” is named “Self Skinning Foam” as well, heating the mould and put the inner structure (plywood, steel or plastic) inside it, pouring the material mixed by two component ingredient into the moulding, it runs and processes in the mould when a chemical reaction is occurring by the mixed materials. A few minutes later we will see the “Integral Skinning Foam” / “Self Skinning Foam” finished or semi-finished product with inner structure. It could be used in various industry such as office furniture, auto, bathroom, fitness equipment and construction etc….

Same techniques with using plywood or steel but change nylon (PA) as inner structure.
